We want your experience with Plunder Design to be great. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Plunder purchase within 30 days, we will be happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
We pride ourselves in keeping our customers happy and encourage you to reach out to our customer support if you have any issues past the 30-day period.
Plunder jewelry that has been in your possession longer than 30 days and needs to be returned will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Personalized items are not able to be returned and are non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturing defects.
After 90 days, your Plunder purchase is officially yours forever! If you need assistance with a refund or replacement, please contact our Plunder support team.

It is for that reason that Plunder has curated a 24/7 wearability collection and extended a lifetime guarantee for these water, sun, sleep and sweat proof designs.
We hope that you never have any issues with these items as we have gone through an extensive manufacturing process to ensure that our 14kt and 18kt gold plating is the best in the industry aside from solid gold. However, in the event that you do experience a problem with an item simply reach out to us via [email protected]. Your only responsibility is to contact us, mail back your item and we will either fix, replace or in the case that we no longer carry that design we will help you select a similar item free of charge.
